While we strive to make sure that we deliver an excellent product with excellent service, from time to time bugs do occur and we rely on you, our customers, to report them to us.
If you've found a bug with the TenantWIZ Vacation Rental Software system, please fill out the form to the right in order to report the bug. You'll need to have a valid license key & subscription in order to log & request a bug fix.
Support Request Response Time
We work hard around the clock to make sure that we respond to your support requests in a timely manner. Most support requests are handled within 24 to 48 hours, however, level 2 requests can take slightly longer. Once your request is submitted you will be able to track the status of the request with the ticket number that is generated.
