An all new feature in the TenantWIZ Vacation Rental Software system is the ability to create special offers. Special offers can either be early booking discounts or late deal booking discounts, and you can assign the total discount based on a percentage or fixed amount off of the booking.
Add Special Offers for Properties to provide Selective Discounts to Renters for Certain Dates
You can add a special offer for properties in the TenantWIZ Vacation Rental Software system and assign selective criteria such as whether it is an early booking special offer or a late deal special offer. With either types of special offers you can assign the number of days prior to the actual reservation is made for the special offer to be valid. You can also assign a special offer based on a percentage discount or flat discount on the date range of the offer that you've selected.

An all new revamped TenantWIZ Vacation Rental Software property review system allows renters to now enter in reviews after they've completed a reservation for a property. The revamped review system is now based off of five different criteria, including: property cleanliness, accuracy of the property description, property location, customer service and value for money.
