The property agent will always receive commissions on gross rentals tied to that property.

Sales persons are another integral part of your rental business. However, sales persons differ from property agents in that sales persons can make a commission on any property that they sell on a case-by-case basis. The view all sales persons screen allows you to view all sales people created in the system, email them, update them, and more.
Add Sales Person Information to your Vacation Rental Software System
Sales Persons can be added simply through the TenantWIZ Administration interface. Sales Persons can be added and assigned a commission rate. Once a reservation has been completed and that sales person was selected (either through the admin or on the Website), that sales person will earn commission for that reservation. Commissions can be calculated by utilizing the robust reporting system.
